3 programs: Step Fever, All out Strength, Dynamic Yoga Blend. In Step Fever; I will be doing a Warm-up that is fun and effective, approx. 50 min. of creative stepping that is on the dancy side but also quite athletic at times. (In the 1st cardio section I will do 3 combo's that I will teach to there full potential, repeat them a few times and then throw them away... Then in the 2nd cardio section I will teach 3 completely new combos ....) I will then end the cardio segment with a Ballet style cardio cool down and finish with a long hard segment of Pilates based Ab work + a nice feel good stretch. In the 65 min.

All out Strength Workout; I will put you through a non-stop / no-nonsense hardcore workout that will keep you strong, sleek and wanting more.... I will incorporate the use of several props like the bodybar, tubing, step and dumbbells; as well as manual resistance to achieve strength, endurance and balance. I will start the workout with a strong and easy to follow warm-up which will last 12 min., the Strength Training section will be in two segments, the first lasting 30 minutes and the second 20 minutes and then I'll finish the workout with a well deserved stretch that will last about 3 min.

In the Dynamic Yoga Blend workout I will lead you through a Non-stop dynamic Yoga practice that combines both the breath with flowing-energetic yoga postures. This Flow-style Yoga practice will help build strength, balance and flexibility, increase stamina, focus the mind and cleanse the spirit... I will start this wonderful feel good workout with a series of sun salutations to warm-you up, then I will put you through several standing postures, then bring you down to the floor for seated, prone and supine postures (with 1/2 or full sun salutation in between postures to keep you warm) and end with some inversions (optional) and a calming relaxation sequence that will rejuvenate your mind, your body and your soul... NAMASTE.
