Sara Kooperman, JD, owner of SCW Fitness Education and the founder of the MANIA Fitness Instructor training conventions, appears frequently on CNN as a Health and Fitness Expert, is a lecturer for the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is the proud recipient of AEA's GLobal Award for Contribution to the Aquatic Industry.

Deborah Puskarich is an international presenter with over 12 years experience, professional traveling as far as China. Deborah recently received the Cooper Aerobic Center's highest honor of Group Exercise Instructor of the Year. Certified by SCW, ACE and AFAA.
