This home study course presents evolved Pilates mat exercises using props and small apparatus including stability balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, straps, and fitness circles. Class sequencing, creativity and choreographic progressions for a variety of clients, and class settings are covered, focusing on proper execution of form and technique as it applies to group and personal training.
