Power From Within

The secret to empowerment lies in the approach taken. Experience working from “the inside out” and develop a better understanding of how the body works. Based on the methods of Joseph Pilates, develop a control that is capable of being achieved in the simplest of movements. The focus of this workshop is to produce fluidity and awareness of movement, mental focus and “control” over these movements and a body that thinks for itself. The result will be a healthy body, inside and out, that will last for a lifetime.
