All sales are final. We have a "No refund" policy with the exception of clothing. If you order an item of clothing, you may return the item for a refund ONLY if the item is returned in the original package with the original tags still attached. The item can not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.  Once a product order is submitted, it will be processed and cannot be refunded for any reason. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
