Warm-Ups and Cool Downs: Fire and Ice

Learn at least three different warm ups and three different cool downs
that will spice up your hi/low, kickboxing and step classes. “Fire-up”
your classes with fun yet “do-able” warm ups and then get them to
“chill” with the coolest cool downs around.
