Yoga For Chakra Balancing

This workshop explores how yoga affects the seven major chakras, the principle energy centers of the body that run along the spine. After rehearsing with general awareness exercises in the warm-up, we then use specially chosen hatha yogic asanas to balance the chakras, moving up the spine first, then back down.
Difficulty: This video is appropriate for all practitioners of hatha yoga.
